Let's find out
if we're a fit.
This isn't a contact form that disappears into a void. Fill it in and I'll read it — personally, the same day. No automated reply, no sales process, no pressure. If there's a fit, we'll talk. If there isn't, I'll tell you honestly.
What Happens Next
No void. No mystery.
Here's exactly what happens.
The single biggest reason people don't fill in application forms is that they don't know what happens after. So here is every step, plainly stated.
You fill in the form.
I actually read it.
Your enquiry comes to me directly — not a CRM, not an assistant, not an automated pipeline. I read every application myself and respond the same day, usually within a few hours. You'll get a real reply from a real person.
Discovery call.
30 minutes. No pitch.
If it looks like a fit, I'll send a calendar link for a 30-minute discovery call. This is a real conversation — not a sales call. You tell me what's happening with your site and business, I tell you what I'd actually do differently. Honest. Specific. No deck, no jargon.
Proposal.
Scoped for your situation.
If we both want to move forward, I'll put together a proposal scoped specifically to your project — not a menu of packages. Scope, timeline, investment, and exactly what you'll get. You review it, ask questions, and decide. No pressure, no follow-up chase.
We start.
You stay informed.
Once you're in, I set a start date, we kick off with a proper strategy session, and the build begins. You're never left wondering what's happening. You'll see progress, get updates, and have the opportunity to give feedback at every stage before we launch.
Handoff.
With everything you need.
Full handoff with documentation, training, and the ability to manage your site independently. You're not left dependent on me to change a photo or update a price. You own your site. I'll be here if you want to grow it further — but that's your choice, not your only option.
A few things worth knowing that will make the conversation easier.
You don't need a brief ready
Don't know exactly what you need? That's fine — figuring that out together is part of the process. Just tell me what's not working and what you're trying to achieve.
Budget doesn't need to be exact
If you have a rough range, mention it — it helps me scope appropriately. If you have no idea yet, that's okay too. We can work that out in the discovery call.
Timelines are flexible
Whether you need something in 6 weeks or 6 months, I'd rather know upfront so I can tell you honestly if it's workable. Rush work is possible for day rate projects.
Payment plans are available
For full custom builds, split payments over the project timeline are standard. You don't need the full investment in hand before we start.
It's okay if it's not a fit
Not every project is right for every client — or every studio. If the fit isn't there, I'll say so directly, and where I can, I'll point you somewhere better suited.
Remote — anywhere in Canada or the USA
100% remote. Video calls, shared docs, and clear communication. Location has never been a barrier to good work. It won't be for yours either.
The Form
Tell me what's
happening. I'll tell you
what I'd do about it.
Be as specific or as vague as you need to be. The more context you give me about your situation, the more useful my response can be — but even "I have a website that isn't working and I don't know why" is enough to start.
The best conversations start with "I'm not sure what I need." That's not a problem. That's the beginning of the right answer.

FAQ
Questions people ask
before they apply.
How long does a full website build take?
Typically 6–10 weeks from strategy session to launch, depending on scope, content readiness, and your feedback speed. Simpler sites can move faster; complex builds with content creation may take longer. Timeline is always discussed and agreed before we start.
What does a full custom build cost?
Investment is discussed during the discovery call and scoped specifically to your project. Payment plans are standard — split over the project timeline. The range varies based on scope, number of pages, and whether copywriting or additional services are included.
What's the day rate and what can I get done in a day?
The day rate is $1,495 CAD for a full working day. In a day: a landing page, a schema markup install, an SEO + GEO audit with written recommendations, a Google Business Profile overhaul, or a strategy session with a written action plan. You define the goal; I deliver it.
Do you work with businesses outside Canada?
Yes — all of the USA and Canada. 100% remote. Video calls, shared documents, and clear written communication. I've worked with businesses from Vancouver Island to New York without ever needing to be in the same room.
I already have a website. Can you improve it instead of rebuilding?
Sometimes. The SEO + GEO Audit is the best starting point — it gives a clear picture of what's actually broken and what could be improved without a full rebuild. Sometimes the right answer is targeted fixes. Sometimes the underlying architecture is too compromised to patch. The audit tells you which.
What is GEO and do I need it?
GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) is the practice of structuring your website so that AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews cite it in their answers. If your clients use AI tools to find services — and increasingly they do — then yes, you need GEO. It's built into every Nota Studio project as standard.
How is the DIY Starter Kit different from a full build?
The Starter Kit is a $397 CAD product — a Squarespace template with SEO foundations, GEO schema markup, and copy frameworks built in. You customise and manage it yourself. A full custom build is a bespoke service: scoped, built, and delivered by Brittany for your specific business. The kit is the right start for businesses not ready for a full engagement.
What if I'm not sure what I need?
That's the most common starting point and entirely fine. Fill in the form with as much context as you can — what's not working, what you want to achieve, and roughly where you are budget-wise. I'll give you an honest read on what makes the most sense for your situation.
